If you wish to return an item purchased online, please provide:

* Original packing slip (within 30 days)

*  Item must be returned in resaleable condition

*  A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged if item is returned in unsaleable condition or without proper plastic protector.

*  Reason for your return

*  Disposition of your purchase - refund, equal exchange, or exchange for another item(s) (please provide new item numbers)

*  Credits are processed in the same manner that your item(s) was paid.

*  Pack item (s) and ship to Victorian Lace Chalet, 4613 N University Drive # 212, Coral Springs, FL  33067.  Returns shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
