How do I place an order?

Just click on the category you are interested in, or any of the pictures on the homepage, select the items you wish, and add them to your basket.  When you are finished, click on Checkout, and fill in the shipping and payment information. 

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you within 1-3 business days.  You may also email us at custsvc@victorianlacechalet.com with stock inquiries.

Do I have to pay for shipping & handling?

Yes, a shipping and handling charge will be charged at Checkout. 

Do you ship overseas?

Victorianlacechalet.com ships all over the world.  If the order you placed is for delivery outside United States, it will be sent via First Class International Package, Priority Mail or Flat-Rate Box.

Can I ship to a different location?

We will ship your purchase to any location you specify.  Follow the instructions when you Checkout.

How can I check on my order?

You can check on your order status simply by sending an inquiry to custsvc@victorianlacechalet.com.  We will respond promptly with complete information on the status of your shipment.

How can I cancel an order?

Orders for items that have not shipped can be cancelled by sending a notice to custsvc@victorianlacechalet.com.  If the item you wish to cancel is already in the mail, you will be notified that it is too late to cancel the order for it had already been shipped.

Do I have to pay tax on my order?

Residents of the State of Florida must pay 6 % sales tax on their order.  Out of state customers do not pay sales tax at this time.

What types of payment to you accept for online purchases?

At the time of checkout, you will be offered the choice of payPal, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards,  If you wish to pay by check, simply print out your order and send it with your check payable to VictorianLaceChalet, 4613 N University Drive # 212, Coral Springs, FL  33067.
